(Female) Sharp, almost masculine suits, with shoulder pads, flat shoes, hair pulled back and ill-fitting suit jacket. As little makeup as possible.

Carrie Sagun: Gov. Lover, jilted by Gov. who has gone back to his wife
(Female) short cocktail dress with matching stiletos, fishnets and head piece with very expensive looking costume jewlery. Very sultry makeup with large eyelashes etc.

Stu Peed: Lover’s ex, found out about affair.
(Male) With beard, brown wrinkled suit, dented sat on cowboy hat with classic cowboy neck tie.

Dick Burns: Business man, dodgy dealings, forced to support Gov. because Gov. knew about these dealings.
(Male) Wears very sharp black suit with cowboy boots and fancy black cowboy hat. Also carries pocket watch and has big handle-bar mustache.

Philip DePockets: Head of water board, who’s been diverting water for money and Gov., was investigating.
(Male) Suit jacket with flowing ill-fitted white shirt and light denim jeans. Cowboy boots and cowboy hat. If available gold cuff-links to finish look.

Ima Jerque: Assistant, fiddling the book. Gov. investigating this.
(Female) With very appropriate dress for occasion, maybe with a pattern and dull colours. Hair in bun, perfect makeup and glasses.
